Delivery & Returns
Here you’ll find clear information about how we ship your order, expected delivery times, and how
returns or exchanges work at MENZIO.
1. Delivery coverage
We currently deliver across Bangladesh using trusted courier partners. Available delivery options and
fees will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

2. Processing time
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Orders confirmed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day, depending
on courier availability.
3. Estimated delivery time
- Inside Dhaka: Usually delivered within 1–3 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: Usually delivered within 2–5 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier workload, weather, road conditions,
strikes, or political unrest.
4. Shipping charges
Delivery charges (inside Dhaka and outside Dhaka) will be displayed clearly at checkout before you
confirm your order. Any free shipping offers will be mentioned on the Website or campaign materials.
5. Cash on Delivery & advance payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected locations. The courier will
collect the payment at your doorstep.

For certain locations or high-value orders, we may require partial or full advance payment
via mobile banking or card.

If the customer repeatedly refuses confirmed COD orders without valid reason, we may limit or block
COD for future orders.
6. Order confirmation & tracking

After placing an order, you may receive confirmation via SMS, phone call, or email using the contact
details you provided.

Once shipped, basic tracking details or an approximate delivery date will be shared via SMS or by
our support team on request.

Please keep your phone reachable so the courier can contact you on the delivery day.
7. Returns & exchanges (defects / wrong item)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective,
or not the item you ordered, you may request a return or exchange within
3 days of delivery.
- Product must be in unused condition with all tags, box, and accessories.

You must inform us within 3 days through phone, Facebook/Instagram inbox, or email with clear
photos/video of the issue and the parcel.

We will review your request and confirm whether the product is eligible for return or exchange.
If approved, we will either send a replacement product (subject to stock availability) or process a
refund/adjustment as agreed with you.
8. Change-of-mind returns
Due to the nature of fashion and eyewear products, we generally do not accept returns
for “change of mind” (for example, you simply don’t like the color or style after wearing).
However, we may consider genuine cases on a case-by-case basis before the product has been used. Any
such approval is at the sole discretion of MENZIO.
9. Non-returnable conditions
The following situations will normally not be eligible for return or refund:
- Visible signs of use, scratches, or damage caused after delivery.
- Missing original box, pouch, cleaning cloth, or other accessories.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accident.
- Requests made long after the 3-day return window.
10. Refund method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through mobile banking, bank transfer, or adjustment
against a future order, as agreed.
